History
Zowag is a Chinese-Brazillian brand, created in 2021 by Silvio Tonelli from Brazil and Danny Deng from China.
Mr Tonelli’s family started working with musical industry from his grandfather since 1960, three generations since Silvio start the business with drums in 2004, 3T in the front of Zowag means 3 generations of Tonelli’s family (3T, the symbol of the brand).
The name ZOWAG is an abbreviation of Zhongwang, the company Hebei Zhongwang Musical instruments co.,Ltd. a factory manufactures drums for over 15 years located in Tianjin China, owned by Mr Danny Deng, with many years of experience of making drums for world first class brands.
Silvio and Danny know well about how to make good drums. In a competitive musical market, we have found the ways to improve the details and sound quality, better tuning and great quality finish. We believe that “Drums Come True” for all drummers playing with Zowag.
