1979-1981 First Ever Edition Pear Export (with 10 Lug Kick and Snare)

1989-1981 Pearl Export 5 piece drum kit package including stands and Meinl 14",16', 20" cymbal set. All our second hand drum kits are serviced and are sold with 6 months warranty for your peace of mind. This Export includes the very rare Pearl black front bass drum head wiith the word EXPORT which was only issued in the firt edition of Pearl Export in 1982 and before as in this example. The badges on the drums are smaller black Pearl badges normally associated with Pearl 70's kits. This kit features the normal export deeper sized drums but includes 10 lug bass drum and 10 lug snare drum. All Pearl exports have 8 lugs on kick and snare, so 10 lugs is another very rare feature and considered more professional. This Pearl Export kit includes Pearl  hi hat stand, boom cymbal stand, straight cymbal stand, bass drum pedal, and snare stand. Cymbals included are Meinl Special 20: 14" hi hats,16"crash cymbal and 20" ride cymbal set. Additional features listed below. This kit is in good condition with some marks on the drums and some pitting on the chrome which is to expected with a kit over 40 years old. It will be going strong in another 40 years. There is no buckling, warping or heat damage to the vinal wrap and the drum shells are in great condition as seen in photos. It has been fully serviced and is in good working order. Includes Remo new coated UT head on snare, Remo Pinstripes on toms and New remo UT clear Powerstroke on bass drum. Likely made in Japan, this is a great oportunity to secure the earliest version of the Pearl Export workhorse at a great price.
