Class is UFIP! This series is the result of almost 80 years of cymbals manufacturing, making Class the most complete and versatile range available. The SCS (Sound Control System) allows us to classify every cymbal based on its final weight using three categories - High, Medium and Low, giving the drummer a complete coverage of pitches. The Class Series cymbals always have something more to offer: more volume, better sound output on stage, warmer tones and a complete and dynamic range. No other cymbal offers the same sound spectrum or such wide dynamics.

UFIP 11" CLASS SERIES MEDIUM SPLASH CYMBAL: Extra warm, glassy and crisp. Medium splash cymbals are higher pitched than Light splash cymbals.

ROTO CASTING
Ufip's exlusive roto casting creates more thickness of material at the base of the bell giving more strength and integrity of sound than any other cymbal. All other cast cymbals stretch the bell from the heated cymbal ingot once rolled. This creates weakness in that area of the cymbal resulting in common cracking problems and poor bell sound. With splash cymbals this is crucial as much more of the cymbal's surface area is covered by the bell. There is no comparison between Ufip and all other splash cymbals.

SOUND is always at the core of all Ufip's efforts. Machines are only utilized as assistance to hand made processes in order to ensure absolute consistency. Remotely different from mass production facilities, each step of cymbal making at UFIP is controlled by experienced and dedicated cymbal smiths. A unique approach found rarely in today's fast moving and technology oriented world.
